About Quiet Path Therapy
Quiet Path Therapy offers person‑centred counselling in a calm, confidential setting. My aim is to provide a gentle, supportive space where you can explore whatever is troubling you at your own pace, without judgement and without pressure.
People come to counselling for many reasons — anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, low confidence, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed. Whatever brings you here, we work together to find a way forward that feels right for you.
Taking the first step can feel daunting. You are welcome to contact me with any questions before booking — sometimes a short conversation can help you decide whether counselling feels right for you.
Fees and Booking Information
• First talking therapy session: The first 30 minutes are free of charge. This time is used for introductions, discussing what you hope to gain from counselling, and completing a small amount of essential paperwork.
• Reduced rates: Available for people on low incomes with proof of circumstances at the time of booking.
