Please note that payment will be taken in cash when you arrive for your appointment unless you have arranged to pay by online banking prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that your booking will be held for you alone each week.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate all clients fairly, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. This fee compensates for the time that had been set aside specifically for you.
Exceptional circumstances such as severe weather, a client’s sudden illness, or family emergencies can warrant exceptions.
